One of the leading Chartered Accountants in Bangalore, Treasurer southern India Institute of Chartered Accountants of India 2018-19. Was Chairman – Students committee of South India CA students 2016-17.
He is specializing in the area of Banking and Indirect Tax, Direct Tax. He has presented papers in various seminars organized by the professional body. He also written articles which is appeared in the leading business magazines and journals.
He has been specialized in the area of Indirect tax and Direct Tax real estate etc. He has been elected as SOUTHERN INDIA CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS Committee members for the year 2016-18. He was Chairman of Bangalore Branch of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India Largest Branch in India for the year 2014-15. During his chairmanship, Bangalore Branch has been received award of best branch in India.
He has been organized International CA Students conference in Bangalore and International Chartered Accountant conference at Bangalore more than 4000 members attended. Being worked as Finance controller in last 10 years in industry, he is having extensive experience in handling all the facet of Finance and accounts area, Taxation both Direct and Indirect, Treasury management, handling all the audits like Statutory, Internal, System Audits, ICOFR Audits.
He has worked in various industries like JSW Steel, BOSCH LTD, Mphasis LTD, TVS & Sons, Essilor India etc where processes are improved, SOPS are implemented, handled M&A, worked for Private Equity Funding Restructuring of loans, implemented Oracle system, completed Finance Transformation, Preparation of IND AS financials, Fixed Assets management etc.
He is also specialist in Audits, arrangement of Funds, system improvements, Virtual CFO services to clients etc.
